Focus Quest: Journey To Calm

During my second internship for my MSW, I created Focus Quest: Journey to Calm as a tool to help clients manage anxiety and ADHD. This game is my way of blending evidence-based therapeutic techniques—like cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, and practical self-care—with engaging, interactive challenges. The goal is to offer a daily practice that empowers clients to build effective coping skills in a relatable and accessible format. Ultimately, this project represents an expression of my commitment to mental health and a practical resource for those seeking to cultivate calm and resilience in everyday life. Thank you.
